We currently ship within Australia only. Orders are processed and dispatched within 14 business days of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Here’s how returns and exchanges work:

• Faulty or incorrect items: If your item is faulty, damaged or isn’t what you ordered, you’re entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, such as a repair, replacement or refund depending on the problem. This isn’t limited to 30 days and still applies if you’ve worn the item. We cover reasonable return shipping costs in this case.

• Change of mind: We accept change-of-mind returns for a refund within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, has its original tags attached and is in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Size exchanges: If you need a different size, we’re happy to exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and the original tags are still attached.

To start a return or exchange, contact us at support@cyrix.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of faulty or incorrect items.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded, including guarantees relating to the quality and fitness of goods sold.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and will only apply to orders placed after the update. Orders already placed are covered by the terms in place at the time of purchase.
